ZelaCARD® – What is it?
The zelaCARD enables patients to receive Zelapar (selegiline HCl) orally disintegrating
tablets with minimal or no out-of-pocket expense. This program will give the patient up
to $40 off each co-pay or prescription price, for up to twelve uses (no time limit).
Patients can download and print a zelaCARD coupon from this website or obtain a
plastic zelaCARD (similar in size to a credit card) from their physician. The zelaCARD
provides up to a $480 annual value for the patient, or in other words—free Zelapar for a
year for most insured patients!
