TRIALCARD SELECTS BILL ENGLE AS CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER.
Raleigh, NC June 4, 2002 - TrialCard Inc., a privately held transaction services company focused on the pharmaceutical industry, today announced that it has appointed Bill Engle as Vice President and CIO of the company.
As CIO, Engle will be actively involved in aligning information technology with the corporate business plan, developing the infrastructure and system architecture, and communicating business rules and requirements to external/internal application developers.
Mr. Engle’s technical career began in 1970 as a computer programmer in the Steel Industry. In 1986 he joined Glaxo Wellcome as a Senior Systems Analyst and held various positions of increasing degrees of responsibilities. Most recently, Mr. Engle held the position Director of Commercial Information Management.
